It has got a very deep meaning. We are mostly thinking on negative matters or issues.It may be on bad behaviour of
a relation or friend, some animosity and the like.It is better to concentrate on positive issues and to have a positive attitude rather than thinking on negative issues.. This is a way to happiness.
