    A villager approached Raman Maha Rishi,the great saint of his time,
 and asked him for how to get rid of anxiety,tensions,bondage and
burden of misery.He had kept his baggage on his shoulders.
   Raman Maharishi suggested him for putting the baggage aside
   Marishi said," Is the burden lessened?" The villager replied in
affirmative.
  Maharishi further addressed the audience- said,"Man is over burdened,
sorrowful,miserable,unhappy and bound by boundage because of
his ego,attachment and proprietership.He has to surrender himself
to the Almighty God,put his burden aside and seek refuge unto 
Him--Then he will undoubtedly be relieved for all sort of pains and
miseries.The villager under stood."
 " Lord Krishna to Arjun--You are my devotee,hence I unfold it 
to you-Leaving all the anxieties,attachments,arrogance aside,
surrender to me selflessly and completely.By surrendering to
my lotus feet,you will be blessed and liberated.I shall liberate you
from all sorts of sins,worries,ignorances,illusions,allurements,
