The effect of chanting of Vadic mantras is amazing.

Vada's say: There is no need of understanding the language
of the mantra,nor is there any need of mental speculation,
nor intellectual adjustment for chanting these vadic mantras.
They spring automatically from the spiritual platform and as
such any one can take part in these trancidental sound vibrations
without any previous qualification. -- Harvard
University Professor/Medical Dr Herberert Banson recognises
that medication on religious words is the most healing of all
techniques.
( I may add that the pronuncion of chanting of Vadic mantras

A very interesting incident happened in Jaipur(Rajasthan-
India), a couple of decades back ,as narrated by my Guru JI Sri
Krishana Gopal JI Vyas.
A Jagirdar (Land Lord) was fond of knowing about his future.He
called a pandit astrologer from Banaras,and gave him his date
of birth,place of birth etc and requested him to prepare a note for his

Be happy on day to day basis.Maintain good health
by doing exercise,walk and healthy diet.
Laugh a lot.
Laughter is a visiual expression of happiness.It is also inward
expression of Joy.There is a link between laughter and
