Moderation is key to (good) health.
 If you were  to ask me to have single  important factor 
 which is condusive to good health and long life,
 I would unhesitantly say "Moderation", by this
 I mean moderation in every human activity-eating,
 drinking,working,playing,exercise,resting,sex
